Every year, hundreds of students gather in a small offshoot of the Palo Duro Canyon called Ceta Canyon. For 40 years it has been a week of spiritual growth for youth, and this week was no different. West Texas thunderstorms caused power outages and students wielding waterballons bombarded the canyon floor, but somewhere in the crossfire, lives were changed.
